Gianni Martins, General Manager, Alfort Petroleum, has joined the Angola Oil & Gas (AOG) Conference & Exhibition 2025 as a speaker.
Gianni has over 21 years of experience in the oil industry and began his career at Chevron, CABGOC, as a trainee in the Reservoir Management Department. In 2007, he joined Sonangol E.P. working in the Upstream Production Department (DPRO) of the then National Concessionaire. Gianni left the public sector in 2014 to become the Chairman of the Board at Global Inn Investments, an investment firm focused on the oil and mining sectors.
Gianni holds positions as the Director at Banco BIC, Sanlam Angola Seguros, and the President and Founder of the GGMF, a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to philanthropic efforts. He will speak about the role of onshore & shallow water operations in maintaining production levels and highlight the 2023 bid round across the Kwanza and Lower Congo basins.
